The only ingredients you will find in our recipes are fruit. Each sachet is 200 grams of fresh fruit that we have dehydrated, ensuring that their nutritional value is preserved. Or half of the recommended daily amounts.

All that remains is to rehydrate them with water, apple juice or milk to make a smoothie, a smoothie bowl, a cocktail, a milkshake or a dessert easily and quickly. No more preparation hassle!

Manual :

Healthy smoothie 30cl:
1 – Pour 20cl of water and 2 ice cubes – or 25cl of water only* – into your blender or shaker
2 – Add the entire sachet to the blender or shaker
3 – Mix between 30 seconds and 1 minute
4 – It’s ready!

Generous smoothie 40cl:
1 - Pour 10cl of water and 10cl of juice or milk* and 8 ice cubes into your blender
2 - Add the entire sachet to the blender
3 - Mix between 30 seconds and 1 minute
4 - It's ready!
